Bolt Tightening
Torque tightening is the accurate application of torque to a nut so that a bolt can hold its load securely
without breaking.Too little and our materials aren't properly tightened - making it structurally unsafe.
Too much torque can break the bolt. When applied the right amount of torque, the bolt is properly
stretched so that it can act as a solid spring to clamp the two materials together.

Hydroline offers bolt torquing using Hydraulic powered head for fastening flanges and exchangers.
Our torquing capability are significantly higher than of a torque wrench usage with one or more
person exerting the required force to secure the nut and bolts. We provide our customers with the

to secure any sizes of bolts and torque requirements available without breaking a sweat.
